Who We Partner With

We partner with... pharmacists who take a long-term view.

We work with independent 503A compounding and retail/compounding pharmacies that have built trusted clinical relationships, strong compliance cultures, and durable local reputations. Our partnerships are grounded in professionalism, regulatory integrity, and alignment over time.

For entrepreneurial pharmacists, we seek operators who want to play a broader role in building a high-quality platform. These partners are motivated by growth, operational excellence, and the opportunity to help shape the next generation of compounding pharmacy while remaining closely connected to patient care and clinical decision-making.

We value... operators who want responsibility, not just ownership.

For founder-owners considering succession, we offer a thoughtful transition path that prioritizes liquidity, continuity, and stability. In many cases, this includes a period of continued involvement, supporting patients, staff, and prescriber relationships as the business enters its next phase.

We respect... what has been built.

Across both groups, we are selective. We partner with pharmacists who value compliance, ollaboration, and consistency, and who understand that durable outcomes in healthcare are built through trust, discipline, and shared standards.

This approach is not right for every situation, and that is intentional.

Our Approach

Our approach... is deliberately selective and long term.

We take a disciplined view of ownership in a highly regulated healthcare environment, focusing on stability, alignment, and durable value rather than short-term optimization or rapid expansion.

We believe lasting value in compounding pharmacy is created by pairing strong local operators with consistent standards in governance, compliance, and capital stewardship. This requires patience, selectivity, and respect for the regulatory responsibilities that underpin personalized medicine.

We prioritize... durability over speed.

Our role as an owner is to provide stability, resources, and strategic support, while allowing pharmacists to remain focused on clinical excellence and patient care. Consistency in decision-making and standards is essential to maintaining trust with patients, prescribers, regulators, and financial partners.

We do not... pursue growth that compromises compliance or reputation.

Capital is deployed thoughtfully, with emphasis on risk management, regulatory integrity, and long-term sustainability. Growth is pursued only where it reinforces quality and resilience.

Above all, our approach is built for longevity creating a platform pharmacists are proud to be part of and that investors and lenders can underwrite with confidence over a multi-year horizon.
